Privacy notice

This notice covers this website: the pages you are reading and the pilot-interest form linked from them. It is the whole of AVC’s public presence today.

It does not cover a product deployment, because there is not one. AVC has no customers, no pilot in progress, and no production environment holding case data. When that changes, the handling of customer and clinical data will be governed by a separate, counsel-reviewed agreement, not by this page.

If you submit the pilot-interest form, we collect exactly these fields and nothing else:

• Organization
• Contact name
• Role
• Email address
• Phone number
• Approximate VA dental volume
• A short description of your workflow

Data minimization is a stated product principle, and the form is the first place it applies. There are no hidden fields, no enrichment lookups appending information you did not give us, and no marketing profile built from the submission.

This website is not built to receive protected health information, and we do not knowingly collect it.

Do not include patient names, dates of birth, member or claim identifiers, clinical records, images, or any other patient detail in the workflow description field or in any message to us. If you need to describe a case, describe the shape of it: the document types involved, where it stalls, not the patient.

If patient information reaches us anyway, we will delete it and confirm the deletion rather than retain it for reference.

AVC does not collect Social Security numbers anywhere: not on this site, and not in the product.

We use it to contact you about the pilot programme and the validation interviews described on the About page. That is the entire purpose.

We do not sell submissions, rent them, trade them, or share them with advertisers. We do not add you to a general marketing list as a side effect of asking about a pilot.

Anything you tell us in an interview informs our research in aggregate. If we ever want to quote or attribute something you said, we will ask you first, separately, in writing.

Submissions are readable by the small number of people at AVC doing pilot recruitment and validation research. Access is not open to anyone who happens to work here.

We will name the specific systems that receive submissions here once the form’s destination is finalised, along with the internal rule governing who may open them.

A retention period will be set with counsel and stated here as a specific duration. We are not going to invent one in a draft.

What we can commit to now: if you ask us to delete your submission, we will delete it, and we will not keep a shadow copy for analytics.

The analytics decision for this site is not yet settled, and this section will state the outcome plainly either way, including the provider’s name and what it collects, if we use one.

Our intent is a privacy-respecting, aggregate-only measurement setup with no cross-site tracking and no advertising pixels. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies today.

Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored encrypted. The broader security baseline the product is being built to, and an honest account of what has and has not been achieved, are both on the Security & Governance page.

To be explicit here as well: AVC holds no security certification, attestation, or federal authorization, and this notice should not be read as claiming one.

This is a business-to-business website addressed to dental organizations and administrator-side teams. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This draft will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed notice. When that happens, the revision date at the top of the page changes and the draft banner comes down.

Material changes will not be made quietly. If the substance of what we collect or how we use it changes, we will say what changed.
