Terms of use
The rules that apply to this website. Not a product agreement: there is no product available to agree to yet.

Draft: not reviewed by counsel
This is a working draft. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel, and it is not a binding agreement. Where a real term would normally appear (warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution), this draft says so rather than inventing one.
It is published in this state so the page is honest rather than empty. It will be replaced with a counsel-reviewed version.
What these terms apply to
These terms concern your use of this website: reading the pages, and submitting the pilot-interest form.
They are not a software licence, a subscription agreement, a business associate agreement, or a services contract. If AVC ever provides a product to your organization, that relationship will be governed by a separate signed agreement, and that agreement will control.
This site is informational
Everything published here describes a product under development. It is a description of intent and design, not an offer, a commitment to deliver a specific capability, or a representation that any feature is currently available.
Screens, cases, and examples shown anywhere on this site are synthetic and illustrative. They are not real cases and do not contain real patient data.
Not clinical, legal, or benefits advice
Nothing on this site is clinical advice, legal advice, tax advice, or advice about a Veteran’s benefits or eligibility. Do not use it to make a care decision, a coverage decision, or an authorization decision.
AVC does not determine Veteran eligibility, diagnose dental disease, approve or deny treatment, replace a licensed clinician, or submit anything without a human. Those boundaries are described in full on the Security & Governance page.
No government affiliation
American Veterans Care is a private company. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, the Veterans Health Administration, or any other government agency.
References to VA programmes, policy, or workflows on this site are descriptive. They do not indicate a relationship of any kind.
What you send us
If you submit the pilot-interest form, please send only the information the form asks for, and confirm you are authorized to share it on behalf of your organization.
Do not submit patient information. This site is not built to receive protected health information. What we do with submissions, and what we ask you not to include, are both set out in the privacy notice.
If you send us an unsolicited product suggestion, we may act on it. We are not able to treat unsolicited ideas as confidential, so please do not send anything you need kept in confidence through this website.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to this site or any system behind it
- Probe, scan, or test the site's security without written permission
- Submit false information, or submit on behalf of an organization without authority to do so
- Use automated means to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
- Copy the site's content and present it as your own
If you believe you have found a security issue, we would rather hear about it than not. Tell us through the contact form and we will respond.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this website belong to American Veterans Care, except where something is credited to someone else. Names and marks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.
You may read, link to, and quote this site with attribution. Wholesale reproduction of the site or its content is not permitted.
Availability and changes
This site is provided as it is, on an ongoing best-effort basis. It may be unavailable, incomplete, or changed without notice while the product is in development.
Descriptions of planned capability may change as validation research changes our understanding of the problem. That is the point of the current stage, and it is described on the About page.
Warranties and liability
A warranty disclaimer and a limitation of liability would ordinarily sit here. Both are consequential legal terms, and drafting them speculatively would be worse than leaving them open.
Not yet drafted
Warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnity terms are pending counsel review. Until they are published, no such terms are asserted by this page.
Governing law and disputes
The governing jurisdiction and the process for resolving a dispute have not been determined.
Not yet drafted
Governing law, venue, and dispute-resolution procedure are pending counsel review. This draft names no jurisdiction and imposes no arbitration or venue requirement.
Changes to these terms
This draft will be replaced by a counsel-reviewed version. When it is, the revision date at the top of the page changes and the draft banner comes down.
Reaching us
Questions about these terms can come through the pilot request form.
A dedicated legal contact address will be published here once there is a monitored inbox behind it.
